Walla Walla Free Clinic Volunteer Information
The Walla Walla Free Clinic is in need of volunteers for the free clinic that will be held April 18th & 19th, 2019 at the Walla Walla County Fairgrounds. The clinic offers free medical, dental, vision, and educational services in Walla Walla to assist uninsured and under-insured people in the community. If you are interested in volunteering during the clinic, we are inviting you to be involved in this event. We need dental, vision, and medical providers, as well as general volunteers to dedicate one or two days in helping serve the uninsured and underinsured population. Every free clinic is made possible by the compassion and love of our volunteers. From setup to tear down, from the first patient to the last, nothing could happen without the sacrifice of our volunteers.
We will bring all the equipment and supplies needed to run this clinic including approximately 20 dental and exam chairs, vision and medical clearance equipment needed to serve approximately 300 patients per day. Initially, patients undergo a brief wellness exam and blood glucose testing. They are then directed to the area of greatest need to receive their primary service.
Clinic Volunteer Schedule
April 17th: Setup Day
April 18th: 6:00am-4:00pm
April 19th: 6:00am-4:00pm

If the free clinic thinks they are just changing the lives of patients you are mistaken, you are also changing the lives of your volunteers too!
